It’s not the website problem or Sanctum file problem, it is your hardware problem. If you’re using old hardware and have low specifications, you will have problems with no or late audio/voice/sound, and even can’t play the video file, even if you download it.
Internet speed connection is also very important for this Sanctum processing file.
Many new movies videos file such as Sanctum, are not able to be played again in low spec gadgets or old hardware.
